2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 33kz. This typically requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (KTP, SIM, or passport); (b) proof of residential address issued within the past three months; and (c) in certain cases, proof of the payment method used for deposit. 33kz reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
3.4 Account Sharing. Your 33kz account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. Any instruction received through your account credentials will be treated as having been issued by you personally.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 33kz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets); and Visa and Mastercard (card payments). All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on 33kz is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will be declined and returned to the originating payment instrument.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. 33kz targets the following processing benchmarks, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved following KYC verification:

4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will, in the first instance, be returned to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit. 33kz may require proof of ownership of the destination account before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All Player Funds are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 33kz does not apply a currency conversion or foreign-exchange markup on any transaction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 33kz are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The standard wagering requirement on 33kz welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, specific low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting the wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 33kz maintains the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: (a) opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent; (c) coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within 30 days of credit, or within the specific expiry window stated on the promotion, will be automatically forfeited. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. 33kz may run time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, the Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup. Each such promotion will carry its own specific terms and expiry date.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 33kz are subject to acceptance at the Company's discretion. 33kz reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without prior notice, including where: (a) the bet exceeds the market's maximum stake; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing or inside information; (c) a pricing error has occurred.
6.2 Sportsbook. Football markets on 33kz include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying and finals. Market types include 1X2, Asian handicap (voor bola — Asian handicap format widely used in Indonesian football betting), over/under, correct score, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet). All sportsbook results are settled based on official competition records.

7.2 Player Tools. 7.3 Self-Exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the 33kz platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 33kz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. 33kz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit any platform content; (b) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from 33kz; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the platform.
8.3 Trademarks. The 33kz name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written consent of 33kz.
9.1 Platform Availability. While 33kz targets 99.8% platform uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33kz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
9.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Subject to clause 9.4, the aggregate liability of 33kz to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Non-Excludable Rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 33kz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your 33kz account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of KYC verification.
10.2 Suspension by 33kz. 33kz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to withhold associated funds pending investigation — where there is reasonable suspicion of: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment instruments; (c) collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities; (d) provision of false identity or age information at registration.
10.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed — all uncompleted Bonus Funds and associated pending bonus winnings will be forfeited. Withdrawable cash balances (funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player subject to AML and KYC clearance.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding withdrawal requests that were submitted before the closure notice.
11.1 Data Processing. 33kz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

11.3 Third-Party Sharing. 33kz does not sell player personal data to third parties. 12.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33kz holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the 33kz internal dispute-resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
12.2 Indonesian Law Notice. 33kz acknowledges that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia under the Public Gambling Act of 1867 (as amended) and related regulations. 33kz operates on an offshore, internationally licensed basis.
